We are located in Palomino, in the Colombian Caribbean, surrounded by an exuberant nature and a spectacular landscape composed of the Sierra Nevada, a lush forest and the Caribbean Sea.

The hotel is designed with comfortable tropical style rooms. In our beautiful palm garden you can enjoy 2 swimming pools overlooking the sea, game rooms, massage rooms and a marine terrace.

Hotel Policies and Booking Conditions

Hotel Policies

Check In : 3:00 pm and Check Out : 12:00 pm.
Breakfast hours from 7:30 am to 10:00 am.
Restaurant hours from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
We have some rooms with air conditioning and fan, and others with fan only.
All our rooms are equipped with minibar, safe and clothesline.
Laundry service is available.
Smoking is only allowed in the parking lot and on the beach.
It is not allowed to consume food in the rooms to avoid the spread of insects, for this reason we do not offer Room Service.
Restaurant services do not include the 8% tax.
High noise levels are not allowed in order to preserve the tranquility and the environment.
Liquors purchased outside the hotel to be consumed in our facilities will have a corkage fee.
Pets are not allowed.

Booking Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
In case of cancellation please notify us 15 days before the day of your RESERVATION and a Credit Note will be issued in your favor for the value of your deposit to be used in seasons of the same type as the one you reserved and valid for one year(NON REFUNDABLE RATE).
In case of late cancellation, you will be charged for the first night of your stay.
In case of "No Show", the total value of the reserved stay will be charged, one hundred percent (100%).
Children rates are different for season.
